I'm an executive at a data solutions company focused on fiber optics and data centers.
What challenges were you trying to address with Black Box?
We needed help with IT services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Black Box provides managed on- and offsite IT services for us, and we’ve also trusted them with our cybersecurity needs. They’ve designed our solutions based on our needs, and everything is aligned with our requirements and approvals. In terms of technologies, Black Box’s team has used 400G solutions. In addition, they’re in charge of maintenance and hosting.
