I’m a wealth manager at Douglas & Williams Financial Group. We help individuals, families, and businesses manage their money, plan for their financial future, and make informed decisions about investments, retirement, and other financial matters.

We needed help with our office phone services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

IntelliSystems has set up our office phone services. The team has met with us individually to show us how we can link the office phone to our cell phones and computers. The team has also set up apps on our cell phones and computers, call transfers, and our voicemails.

We started working with IntelliSystems in February 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have trouble-free work thanks to IntelliSystems. We can answer calls and respond to our clients in a timely manner. For example, over the weekend, when we’re not in the office, if a client calls, we receive a notification that allows us to respond to them right away. IntelliSystems makes it very easy to keep close contact with our clients.

How did IntelliSystems perform from a project management standpoint?

IntelliSystems has always been there when we need them. The team is transparent and professional. We communicate in person and through phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have a great personal relationship with IntelliSystems. The team is very professional and truly wants to help us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’ve done everything we’ve asked them to do.
