I'm a wealth manager at Douglas & Williams Financial Group. We help individuals, families, and businesses manage their money, plan for their financial future, and make informed decisions about investments, retirement, and other financial matters.

What challenge were you trying to address with IntelliSystems?

We needed help with our office phone services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

IntelliSystems came to our office to set up the phone services. They met with us individually to show how we could link the office phone to our cell phones and computers. The services included apps on our cell phones and computers, the transfer of calls, and the setup of our voicemails.

I’ve talked with several employees from IntelliSystems.

How did you come to work with IntelliSystems?

I found IntelliSystems through a referral from a family member. I admired IntelliSystems’ reputation and commitment to making our work life trouble-free.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2022, and IntelliSystems still communicates with us today.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

IntelliSystems has provided us with trouble-free work. We can answer calls and respond to our clients in a timely manner. For example, over the weekend when we’re not in the office, if a client calls, I receive a notification that allows me to respond to our clients right away. IntelliSystems makes it very easy to keep close contact with our clients.

How did IntelliSystems perform from a project management standpoint?

IntelliSystems has always been there when we’ve needed them. We communicate in person and through phone calls. Their customer service exceeded my expectations by being very transparent and professional. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

IntelliSystems has a great personal relationship with us. They’re very professional and truly want to help us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’ve done everything we’ve asked them to do.
