I’m a wealth manager at Douglas & Williams Financial Group. We help individuals, families, and businesses manage their money, plan for their financial future, and make informed decisions about investments, retirement, and other financial matters.

We needed help with our office phone services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

IntelliSystems has set up our office phone services. The team has met with us individually to show us how we can link the office phone to our cell phones and computers. The team has also set up apps on our cell phones and computers, including call transfer and voicemail setup.

We started working with IntelliSystems in February 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have trouble-free work life. We can answer calls and respond to our clients in a timely manner. For example, over the weekend, when we’re not in the office, if a client calls, we receive a notification that allows us to respond to them right away. IntelliSystems has made it very easy to keep close contact with our clients.

How did IntelliSystems perform from a project management standpoint?

IntelliSystems’s customer service has exceeded our expectations by being very transparent and professional. The team is always there to help us with any questions we might have. We communicate with them in person and through phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve been impressed with our great personal relationship with IntelliSystems. The team is very professional and truly wants to help us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. They’ve done everything we’ve asked them to do.
