After the onboarding process, we had a meeting where we dive in to a detailed conversation and explained the nature of project, I was crunching around. Moreover, I shared my thoughts on the objectives and the way I wanted to take this further keeping in view the quality and consistency required. I was acknowledged gingerly and they related to all my needs while presenting their solution. We had several meetings afterwards resulting in different experiments which turned out to have a positive effect on my business. However, some experiments resulted otherwise and were adjusted accordingly without any delays.

They began with a thorough examination of our website which resulted in a substantial list of initial "fixes" that could be implemented to start repairing our ranking. We started seeing positive results within 2 months of starting.

Very simple. Our Google organic traffic is up 53 percent over the same period last year. Our PPC traffic is down 43 percent but revenue is up 47 percent.

We have a joint SEO/PPC conference call every other Tuesday morning where I get complete reports of current strategies and progress. These are scheduled to take one hour but have, especially in the beginning, run over. I have never felt pressured to end these calls at the 60 minute mark if there were still details to go over.
