WCNS created and provided equipment for our company server. This included full ongoing IT support of setting up new computers and employee profiles. Also local and cloud backups of our entire server and all drives.

During calls and meetings with customers, access to our documentation and media stored on our servers need to be accessed quickly and easily. We also need the same performance on-site and in the field for accessing project details via the server. Any complications (almost exclusively user error) are addressed quickly and professionally by the WCNS team.

Anything that is requested is handled in a timely manner. The WCNS team will listen to ideas of things we would like to accomplish, sometimes being uncommon in the field and provide solutions that have required them to think outside of the box.

Working in the medical space we hold a very high regard to security of our communications due to HIPPA we needed a partner we could trust to ensure we were protected from any threats. Additionally needed a partner to help manage and setup employee computers and online accounts with Microsoft.

Yes they applied a great AI filtering tool that keeps all of our emails in check. Their team is super great; they respond quickly and help us immediately.

Their wide range of skills as an outsourced IT company. Multiple times we asked curveball type questions as we have a unique company need and there was no challenge too odd or difficult. Quick communication. Professional. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our needs at this point.
