Together, we've defined a digital transformation plan focused on enhancing collaboration, communication, and teamwork. Our strategy includes migrating to the cloud to optimize processes and IT infrastructure costs. 
• Sales Digitization: Following a thorough analysis of our sales processes, Possumus implemented Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise. Subsequently, Possumus provided comprehensive training for our commercial manager and sales team. 
• Data Construction to Obtain a 360-Degree View of Our Customers: To achieve a 360-degree view of our customers, we required the construction of a system that centralizes customer account information. This system enables us to obtain a comprehensive view of each customer, including scoring and follow-up actions for effective tracking.

Having specialized professionals has significantly improved our adoption of Microsoft 365. The level of tool usage has also changed considerably. Having a service that allows us to collaborate with our IT staff gives us great confidence. We are developing a digital sales process to enhance our data quality, organize our commercial team's tasks, and alert us about contract expirations. 
Additionally, we are defining ERP-to-CRM integrations to provide our sales team with more data. Dynamics Customer Services and Customer Voice are helping us optimize processes for handling cases and gathering feedback from customers who consistently evaluate our services, regarding the construction of a 360-degree view of our customers.

Both the ITaaS and MSE teams effectively manage communication with us. Each team has its management layer and processes focused on agility. We have validated deviations and adjusted delivery dates in each one of our projects. We are highly satisfied with the teams' responses and deliverables.

The Project needs new features being implemented continuously for our clients. The engineers must be very organized and process-oriented so we can guarantee financial operations to be as safe as possible. One of the main outcomes was the excellent feedback we received on the feature Palta Wallet offers to pay service bills. The wallet was expecting 60 payments within the first month, and at the end, people made more than 150 bill payments.

Palta is in charge of the project management for this product. The management of tasks and time accomplishments are done through Clickup. Communication is correct as a scrum team, all ceremonies are carried out, and communication flows perfectly.

One of the most valuable aspects of the company is that they are always in touch, offering new services. Also, the engineers have the correct knowledge for the work they do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Possumus team members are in constant improvement, as they are part of a scrum team, so things go quite well. A company improvement would be to try to have a more stable staff; sometimes some professionals leave the company and are replaced rapidly, even though the ramp-up process requires time for the new engineers.

1) Take over:

• A synoptic version of the entire project, architecture and code.
• A validation of the expert's estimate of the effort required for the migration.

2) Within the framework of the migration process, we contemplate a one-shot software development process that executes the tasks resulting from the backlog, in the order of prioritization resulting from the workshop.

90% of the user history base has already been moved, with 100% of the user history base to be moved by January 2023. From 100% of the migration we start the evolutionary maintenance with new updates and improvements in the system for better usability.

Through the development of the quotation system and the integration with the CRM we have optimized the generation of leads. We currently have online information for decision making. The Dynamics BC implementation project was executed with a meticulous consideration of the time and effort required for each stage, ensuring its success.

• Analysis: meetings conducted to gather insights from each department within the project scope. Our specific line of work, taking into consideration that we also operate in Argentina which in itself is a challenge. We had just one meeting for each sector, which we believe was not enough to understand the scope of our job. This made following steps to be more complicated although in the end we managed. 
• Development: Configuration of all modules included in the scope, addressing gaps beyond standard functionality. 
• Rollout: Migration of initial balances, followed by a rollout contingent on solution acceptance. Support during launch. 
• Design: Definition of all system use cases to be implemented. 
• Deployment: Presentation and refinement of the Prototype Model, coupled with follow-up for key users. Migration of master data. Training as such was not what we expected. We thought we were going to receive a full scope of the functions BC has to offer but they showed only the basic steps to function which is a problem when configuration is not explained because most errors that we got were related to configuration errors and not user errors. 

We had a big problem with the BC licenses. When the project was discussed and estimated we were recommended to use mostly Team Member licenses, however, at the deployment stage we discovered that the team member licenses were useless for the rolls we had informed.

Certainly, there is always room for improvement. The most prominent thing we can recommend is to be on top of the actualizations the systems has in order not to be surprised on the scope of the system when trying to develop the program. We believe the training process to key users should be more in depth of each process to fully maximize the tool. receiving basic knowledge of such a vast tool is a waste of an investment.
