Contacted Consillien to report that the access to the public drive had been missing since a recent update. Within 3 minutes, I was provided a service ticket number and description of the issue. Within 15 minutes I was contacted by a representative of Consillien by phone and asked to be able to login to my computer. Mapped the proper drive and then I had asked if that is something I can do myself, and the representative demonstrated how to do it, and opened a note on my computer to write down the steps. The entire transaction was no more than 15 minutes
