I am an independent artist and designer for my web site CreatedBySynn.com. Many of the items on the site are 3D printed but I also work with other mediums and freelance design jobs as well.

Once I chose the host, it was time to figure the site. After choosing a starter template, I taught myself basic WordPress usage.

I have previously worked with raw html as well as other editors for previous sites but have never incorporated any sort of e-commerce solution so I had to learn all about WooCommerce as well. Everything I did melded perfectly with my host and the website went online without issue.

I am the sole team member, I handle all aspects of the business and web site.

Within a couple of months from publishing the web site, my sales went from nearly non-existent to over $1,000 in monthly sales. Prior to the site, my sales were to friends living nearby. Afterward, my work has been shipping from coast to coast!

I didn't have direct workflow with their teams but on the couple of occasions I have spoken with them through email, they have replied promptly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their uptime is superb. I have had no complaints from users and have noticed no downtime myself. I'm sure there must be downtimes at certain points for updates or regular maintenance but they must have their time frames perfect for doing so because it hasn't affected my site.

I have been very satisfied with their hosting service, I haven't run into any issues where I could suggest improvements.

I have recently used AccuebHosting Tech Service to help my solve an inquiry about getting my VPS up and running. The technical support team was extremely helpful, and even went over, in detail some of the issues I was having with the directions given.
