I have liaised with a couple of Software Developers (I suppose) fro their customer support team and they were very knowledgable and quick to answer.

The site is not launched yet but the website as a barebone has been up and running for a month without any hiccups.

I mostly communicated with AccuWebHosting through support tickets and emails with not really much required from them since their platform it's easy to use.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The first thing that impressed me was that they took the time to add some custom php code to the WordPress until I updated the nameservers. That I have not seen done by anyone else, that kind of attention to details.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have not yet experienced anything that bothered me.
