Every training session is delivered on time, and it's live and interactive to give us the opportunity to ask questions and really learn hands-on. I am also grateful to see continuity in the folks we are working with. Sometimes companies have 'start up' staff and then pass you off to someone else - which doesn't always work well. BetterWorld has not done that.
