Each month, our security metrics continue to improve and our hit rates are consistently going lower and lower — our employees are now able to spot phishing emails and handle them appropriately, which is a great result. They also send me weekly reports of our employees' progress, which they send as links to online files to make them readily and easily accessible. A lot of other vendors that I’ve worked with just disappeared to do their work once we signed the contract, but this wasn’t the case with TPx Communications — they contact me regularly to make sure that things are going the way I wanted them to go.

Aside from that, their team of account managers has a really great width of experience. They were able to find someone who has a lot of relevant knowledge in our area, so choosing them was a very easy decision just because of how they hire their account managers and their expertise. Frank assured them he would look into it. Since this was towards the end of the day, it would have been easy for Frank to tell them he could not find anything. Instead he went on a mission to figure out what was going on and at around 7pm that night he discovered that a “rogue” postage device that was configured improperly, had been plugged into their network and was handing out IP addresses, causing all of the issues they had been experiencing. Frank not only made himself look good, he made me look good.
