From beginning to end, they've walked us through what we could and couldn't do, answered all of our questions, provided us with real time solutions, and paused for us when we started to get nervous about moving our data. They've been a true partner. Getting emails from them at 10pm and then again at 6am as they're working on our build out and addressing questions shows how dedicated they've been to us. They pay such close attention to us that they knew when one of us had an anniversary and the other had a birthday and sent gifts to celebrate us. Its quite remarkable really.
