      However, The TNS Group works hard to mitigate that. We usually communicate through email. After we send the ticket, we go into a queue. Then, someone calls us and works with us. Depending on the issue, they’ll log in remotely or do whatever they need. First, our two representatives are fantastic. They’re personable, responsive, and available to us. Also, getting to know some of the staff who works on issues, I’ve seen that they try extremely hard to work a problem until it’s resolved.

      The communication was stress free and readily available as needed either by email, phone or zoom. They expressed a constant desire to ensure we understood the various nuances about this project especially when IT services can be quite technical to understand. This project, which would normally be completed within a month or so, was elongated over a year due to issues only related to our Firm's new office set up, however, despite our circumstances, the CTO (Abu Nahian) was consistent to follow up every few months about on our situation and to let us know ITAdOn IT Solutions will be available when we are ready to complete the final steps for this project. This in itself was above and beyond and what I found to be the most impressive about this company - They Care!

      Frank assured them he would look into it. Since this was towards the end of the day, it would have been easy for Frank to tell them he could not find anything. Instead he went on a mission to figure out what was going on and at around 7pm that night he discovered that a 'rogue' postage device that was configured improperly, had been plugged into their network and was handing out IP addresses, causing all of the issues they had been experiencing. My first-hand experience of their professionalism, knowledge, and care demonstrated to me that Ferrara IT truly cares about their customers.
