How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Price and service were main deciding factors - the vast experience of TPX in the forigate area helped.

24/7 support and onsite installation -- TPX came onsite installed the firewall and did not leave until it was fully functioning.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Sales and tech support were really the only team members that I worked with .

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The install and setup was completed quickly and correctly on the first visit

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had no issues at all. The workflow was clean and easy to follow.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Every communication was helpful. TPX answered every question and prepared me for everything that needed to be acomplished.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

With the project it was very straight forward and complete.

We needed a VOIP telephone system to enable reliable and cost effective communications between our offices in the US and Ireland

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

TPX were very open and transparent during the selection process. Their pricing was also very competitive.

As a small company this was a small project. The stages were

1. Connect the phone system to the internet
2. Use the Admin functions to set up users
3. Deploy to users and test

Mostly just one.

In my view the success is best demonstrated by the reliabilty of the system

As mentioned, this was a small project but the workflow and co-operation was first class.

They are very good at communicating status and anticipating needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project was well delivered and on time. It couldn't really have been improved upon.
