Not impressed. The cost for value is unsatisfactory; backend platform is convoluted and difficult to manage; customer service is below average.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TPx Communications could have done differently?

As a brand new operations manager, I felt taken advantage of in terms of lack of knowledge with previous and renewable contracts and was tricked into signing long term contract with higher pricing than competitors in same category. The contract and conversations were incredibly convoluted. Since signing, there has been zero communication or follow up, our attempt at tracking calls for sales failed as it required signing overe our cell phone numbers to TPX - which we were not willing to do.
