They’ve moved all of our data to the cloud, but the price was high for the level of support they offer. CompuData took a while to complete the implementations, and the final results contained multiple mistakes. Our initial cloud speed was slow because their team failed to optimize our connections.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
After Tyler left the company, they stopped providing the quality customer service that we initially hired them for. They’ve forgotten how to treat their customers. Overall, the workflow was poor.

They’re not customer-focused. They only offer rigid contracts, and their performance doesn’t meet my standards.
