They always attempted to deliver by our deadlines; however, if any delays arose, they were always communicated in a timely and professional manner.

The responsiveness on trouble tickets and inquiries is unparalleled. Our managed IT services include a quarterly business review, which has kept our company ahead of the curve with hardware replacement - resulting in fewer anomalies and problems.

Whether it's resolving printing issues on a desktop or upgrading our cybersecurity software, KPI takes a very professional approach to every project our company has with them. we could not ask for anything more.

• Strategic IT Management: Regular Business/Technology review meetings to discuss business goals and concerns, the current assessment of leveraged technology, strategic planning, and a review of reports related to IT services, customer satisfaction, asset inventory, cybersecurity, etc.
• Computer Setup and Implementation/Redeployment of Laptops: Assistance with hardware procurement and setup in order to enable growth as new employees are hired.
• IT Organizational Continuity: As technology progresses, ensure consistency, reliability, scalability, and a support system. Involves regular communications and coordinated planning.
• Policies and Procedures: Assistance with the development of policies and procedures regarding the safe and effective use of existing and forthcoming technologies.
• Services in General: ongoing managed services including help desk, cyber security, IT consulting, and training/knowledge base, all to ensure a full breadth of services and support.

Our account manager, aka vCIO (virtual Chief Information Officer), was and continues to be very present and easily accessible. They have become intimately familiar with the operations and procedures of our business and are capable of making insightful recommendations during our quarterly reviews. 

They have overseen the rollout of various software upgrades, namely Azure and other MS Office Suite applications. The rollouts were planned together with us and were completed on time with limited exceptions. In the event there were unexpected challenges, these were communicated ahead of time, and alternative solutions were provided in order to limit "downtime." 

Separate and in addition to these major projects, the Help Desk has always been and continues to be very responsive. Turnaround for resolution of minor technical issues is typically the same day.
