We are a web design and digital marketing firm. I am the CEO of our company and wear several hats.

For what projects/services did your company hire Networx IT Solutions?
We hired Sagy and networx IT services to do two things. One, take over our it issues by allowing him to provide managed services on the monthly basis. We also had him to provide a VPN for our team because we have several people that work remotely.
What were your goals for this project?
Have a functional ticketing system for our it issues and have an easy to use private connection to the home office.

How did you select this vendor?
We spoke to several local companies and were ultimately referred by one of our other vendors to networx it in Philadelphia.
Describe the project in detail.
I do not know exactly how he implemented everything. However, for the managed services, he took an inventory of all of our software and computer hardware. He moved us into some cloud based apps. He connected up to our systems. For the VPN, he collaborated with some other vendors to help us choose the right company to provide the connection. He then set everything up.
What was the team composition?
Sagy was our main contact point, he coordinated everything and answered any questions we had.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since implementation of the managed services, we've contacted him a few times for some issues. He was very responsive and resolved issues immediately. We now do not worry about any IT issues. He also got us set up with new licenses for Windows when our operating system became unsupported. No issues with the VPN.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Everything was on time and on target. No complaints.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
There wasn't anything I asked about that they weren't knowledgeable in. He even walked me though an issue I was having with my VOIP phone installation, even before we got into contract with him.
