Our company previously had an MSP who was fine, but they did not communicate what they were doing for us. We hired OverclockedIT to install a firewall, set up backups, and provide managed network services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected the vendor after getting recommendations from other businesses and through networking with local professionals. We liked the presentation and explanation of services.

They transitioned us from our previous managed IT provider. This included removing the old software from the previous company and installing new programs and setting up a new local network. They also set up backups of the server. A firewall was installed. OverclockedIT is very serious about network security.

We have mostly dealt with the President of the company, Dan. Other technicians have also worked with our company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They finished switching us over from our previous MSP and have been managing our network since then. Our network has been a lot more reliable and much more secure.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their President has been very involved and available for any questions that we have had. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that we understand their services and has helped any time there were any minor issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very focused on network security, which is important to me in healthcare. They utilize high-end products for reasonable rates.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I have been very happy with their services.
