Other more traditional MSPs we worked with in the past were usually knowledgeable, but they had teammates knowing three different topics at once. However, Integris is really deep and granular regarding their expertise. They have a lot more to offer when it comes to their knowledge in different fields and areas. Their knowledge encompasses disaster recovery, cybersecurity, server environment, and storage.

I would like to give a shout-out to their IT Support Specialist, who is the most knowledgeable about our systems. He knows where all the trouble spots are and can trace them out efficiently. We’ve never had a problem that he couldn’t get his hands on and fix. He has also trained several people about our clinic, and they do a pretty good job whenever he's unavailable.

Other more traditional MSPs we worked with in the past were usually knowledgeable, but they had teammates knowing three different topics at once. However, Integris is really deep and granular regarding their expertise. They have a lot more to offer when it comes to their knowledge in different fields and areas. Their knowledge encompasses disaster recovery, cybersecurity, server environment, and storage.
