Generally, if they can’t find a solution by the end of the day, they communicate that they’re still working on it.

They were able to modernize my phone system in less than a week without disrupting our service, which was very important for us because we didn’t want our patients to be unable to reach out to us. Additionally, they were able to troubleshoot the problems that came up throughout the process. For example, the fax service wasn’t working at first, but they helped us solve the problem.
