I’m the CEO of a consulting firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mondo Media Solutions LLC?

Their team have cracked the code when it comes down to professional AV services as it related to screens, security systems, you name it. They install hardware and screens in our offices.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They set up TVs, and large multimedia devices in our conference rooms. We’ve invested in our AV a few years ago when we redesigned the office space, and having them there to set everything up was essential. They’ve done all the cabling associated with it as well. They still provide support as needed.

They help our team with collaboration and visualizations. Having the clarity on how the systems work together was very helpful. They also have a lot of relationships because they’re a distributor for a lot of technology, so they’r e able to get the best pricing. I felt supported in the technical aspect, the training, and the installation.
