We're very happy with everything Integris does for us. Ever since we've been with them, they've been great at trying to establish a backup that works best for us. We haven't implemented that solution yet, as it has been a pricing thing. However, everything about Integris' service is great. They provide options for us to consider, as well as advice whenever we don't need something we thought we did.

It is rare that a deadline cannot be achieved, however, if that happens, I know about it WELL in advance and the reasons why the deadline had to be adjusted. Communication.
