LMT is our end to end technology solution partner.  They hosted our cloud for a while and then worked diligently with us to migrate to a different solution.  They manage all of our onsite servers, provide desktop support, complete our DR scenario testing, Risk management testing and aid in our penetration testing.  They help us with everything from implementing a new SEIM and camera system to fixing the day to day issues of our desktop users.

LMT has conquered many projects for us.  At the beginning I meet with the team and we formulate the plan with specific goals and deadlines depending on the project

LMT has very open communication.  We are in constant communication about specific projects and the deliverables.  It is rare that a deadline cannot be achieved, however, if that happens, I know about it WELL in advance and the reasons why the deadline had to be adjusted.

Communication.  There are a few members of my team that I know personally and have become to know them well. They are amazing at forming relationships with their clients, which builds trust and loyalty. Bottom line I know if I need something I can reach out to someone on my team and I will get the help I need.

I’m the VP of HR Works, an HR outsourcing services company. We provide customized HR management outsourcing services, including HR support, compliance, benefits administration, recruiting, and training for businesses across the US, available virtually or onsite.

What was the scope of their involvement?

As an outsourced vendor, we rely on LMT Technology Solutions to provide all IT support throughout HR Works, including cybersecurity and guidance as we continue to grow. In addition to supporting our IT network, LMT Technology Solutions provides troubleshooting support for all of our employees.
