I’m the VP of HR Works, an HR outsourcing services company. We provide customized HR management outsourcing services, including HR support, compliance, benefits administration, recruiting, and training for businesses across the US, available virtually or onsite.

What challenge were you trying to address with LMT Technology Solutions?

We needed a true partner with IT support; better responsiveness and overall improved service.

What was the scope of their involvement?

As an outsourced vendor, we rely on LMT Technology Solutions to provide all IT support throughout HR Works, including cybersecurity and guidance as we continue to grow. In addition to supporting our IT network, LMT Technology Solutions provides troubleshooting support for all of our employees.

We work with 2–5 teammates from LMT Technology Solutions.

I serve on a board with one of the senior leaders of LMT Technology Solutions. We chose them because they offered good value for the cost and excellent support and service.

We started working with LMT Technology Solutions in January 2024, and the work is ongoing.
