Set up new telephone systems and new network server. Maintains all computer and phone equipment either remotely or on-site as needed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

New phone systems meets all of our office needs and is easily maintained. New network server was designed to our specifications with Fisch readily available to make changes and updates as needed. Service techs quickly respond to all needs.

Fisch IT team met with agency project leaders and worked through office needs for the best fit and helped not-for-profit agency stay within budget. Fisch has always delivered items on time and are very responsive to all agency needs as we do not have our own IT staff.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We commend their quick response time. Agency staff is never left waiting for someone to respond or come on-site if there is a problem with the phone system, network server, internet, etc. A great group of IT people who know what they are doing and get the job done!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fisch Solutions could have done differently?

No. We have been and are still very happy with the service.

Kruckers Wi-Fi project-installing Wi-Fi at Kruckers camp. The Wi-Fi was completed on the 2nd day of camp. This was cutting it very close. The School Age Care - The phones are still not here and everything is now rushed. This project was talked during the proposal stage. Migrating the servers - still in progress.

The projects are/will be completed.

Some of it is on time, some is very close to the mark.

When having an specific issue, the company is very responsive to the Y and its employees.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fisch Solutions could have done differently?

Fisch Solutions needs to be more proactive in meeting our deadlines for our programs. If a project is due at the end of August, starting to work on it the 2nd week of August, is not acceptable. These items should have been started in at least July.
