They do not nickel and dime their services. They do whatever it takes to make the client happy, within reason of course. I've never brought something to their attention that they wouldn't take care of for me. This is very unique for an outsourced provider.

I would like to see them grow into more regions. This would help us greatly as we are a global company and we could benefit from direct local support in some cases.
