Vertical Computers was hired to replace and configure our aging in-house server infrastructure.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose Vertical based on cost and their breath of knowledge.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Vertical presented us with several options with different price points and discussed the pros and cons of each solution. Once we made a decision on the solution that was within our budget and met our needs, they did the installation and configuration as well as migrated our legacy data.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The CEO was our primary contact but there was one other IT specialist that did most of the work.
