5.0 May 14, 2025Frank assured them he would look into it. Since this was towards the end of the day, it would have been easy for Frank to tell them he could not find anything. Instead he went on a mission to figure out what was going on and at around 7pm that night he discovered that a 'rogue' postage device that was configured improperly, had been plugged into their network and was handing out IP addresses, causing all of the issues they had been experiencing. My first-hand experience of their professionalism, knowledge, and care demonstrated to me that Ferrara IT truly cares about their customers.
