The process was shared with me in form of clickable prototype of various modules which they used to finish up. I was given the access to approve and give feedback to come up at an agreement of the business functional flow.

Communication was done on whatsapp primarily. The process was stretched a bit because of discussions and the possibilities we had to explore. Over all the clickable prototypes gave me what I exactly needed. The rules book is the reference to go to development.

I hired Uncanny as they are an excellent track record as an Odoo development company. The scope of the job was to implement Odoo modules such as help-desk, CRM, accounting, integration with amazon, warehouse setup and configuration, Website admins and changes, inventory, sales and many more. The jowls was to also configure the  stripe payment gateway. They consulted us in integration and configuration of each of the modules to meet our business operations.
