That’s been huge, because they know what we’re doing and why we’re doing what we’re doing, and they want to make it better. I’m constantly impressed by how often they’re willing to spur-of-the-moment send a tech out to one of our locations. If our internet goes down, our POS also goes down, and that means that we’ll have a store full of girls trying to get their equipment, and we can’t do anything about it. Even though that might be a very small issue for TechMD, it’s a huge one for us, and they know it. They’re always willing to help us out as much as they can. Their willingness to go above and beyond for us is just amazing.

5.0 Feb 22, 2023The communication was stress free and readily available as needed either by email, phone or zoom. They expressed a constant desire to ensure we understood the various nuances about this project especially when IT services can be quite technical to understand. This project, which would normally be completed within a month or so, was elongated over a year due to issues only related to our Firm's new office set up, however, despite our circumstances, the CTO (Abu Nahian) was consistent to follow up every few months about on our situation and to let us know ITAdOn IT Solutions will be available when we are ready to complete the final steps for this project.

5.0 Dec 4, 2013With the first project, our website went from non-functional to functional, which was fantastic. They stepped into a problem where the website was crashing every couple of days, and we had to reset the server in the middle of the night multiple times a week. We’ve not had to deal with any of that since. They really shored everything up, and that site is technically sound. We did not have accurate tracking metrics on our website, and they helped me add that. We now have for the first time valid analytical data for the website, which is invaluable, and we never even had it before. We’ve already seen significant increases in traffic, visibility, and conversions. Over half of our Web traffic comes in from search engines, so we’re very, very pleased with that.
