We first worked on a very brief POC in which we successfully integrated the AI-powered virtual assistant into our LMS.
Following this phase, we advanced an onboarding plan prioritized for high-repetition subjects, with contextualized and trained students based on the course bibliography to better respond to each subject.

Scope of the work:
1. Infrastructure and security configuration: Establish a secure and customized infrastructure for the virtual tutor, including initial configuration and training with the provided content.

2. Canvas integration: Integrate the virtual tutor into the Canvas platform for a productive course, ensuring it is ready and configured with the necessary content.

3. Support and incident resolution: Provide ongoing support and resolve any incidents that arise during the validity of the virtual tutor's license.

4. Infrastructure monitoring and administration: Monitor and manage the virtual tutor's infrastructure to ensure its proper functioning and availability.

5. Product updates and developments: Keep the virtual tutor updated with the latest product developments, ensuring that it benefits from improvements and new features.

We asked a very tough and challenging schedule, but at the same time we provided very few specs due to several reasons. They had to balance between asking/waiting answers and deciding themselves. Many times they decided to proceed with the information they had, without waiting for our feedback, due to the schedule. Some of those occasions would had benefited with our feedback. But this is a very thon line to balance esp under high pressure.
