Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Our goal with this ongoing project is to streamline our internal sales and production processes through the integration of our information systems, such as our ERP, CRM and LIMS platforms. Key deliverables include, but are not limited to: 1) Communication between our ERP and CRM systems so information generated in the CRM is properly captured in the ERP  2) Scheduled data transfer from the ERP to the LIMS platform for paperless initiation of custom production 3) Improved quoting processes and delivery through integration of the ERP, CRM and LIMS

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now spend much less time generating quotes for customers, our custom manufacturing process is now triggered through automation in our systems as opposed to several paper copies being transported by hand, and customer order information is more accurate and easily linked to their accounts across all systems.

The project management from Keypress is consistently high-quality from the early development phase of projects all the way through the user acceptance testing, deployment, and follow-up phases. Response time is great, and they always take the extra time and effort to understand our business, as opposed to simply fulfilling requests.
