We were looking to integrate our flagship products and services with ServiceNow to optimize our customer operations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aelum Consulting initially helped us finalize our scope and define our goals behind our integration preferences. They then helped us build the system that linked our offerings to ServiceNow, which allowed our customers to access our products and escalate their concerns to ServiceNow’s helpline.

We worked with about four resources from Aelum Consulting, including their CEO and developers.

They were onboarded before I joined the company.

Our engagement with Aelum Consulting ran from October 2018–July 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Aelum Consulting’s efforts amplified our client acquisition rate — about 20 customers invested in our new system, which was a good number for our business.

How did Aelum Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via in-person meetings. Aelum Consulting managed the project proactively — we had no complaints throughout the process.

We would’ve appreciated it if they were transparent in detailing the projects they were handling alongside ours.

We wanted to develop a new app based on ServiceNow platform for organisations that utilise ServiceNow's GRC Solutions. Our goals were develop a high quality app within short time-frame.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to achieve the certification from ServiceNow within the 4 week timeline that was set as a key project success factor.

Their project management style was very practical. The project team focused more on the core application development instead of spending excessive time on excessive project documentation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their understanding of the ServiceNow GRC Solution and knowledge about developing & gaining certification for new ServiceNow apps.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No - they excelled in all key aspects of this project.
