What challenge were you trying to address with Aelum Consulting?

We were looking to integrate our flagship products and services with ServiceNow to optimize our customer operations.

Aelum Consulting initially helped us finalize our scope and define our goals behind our integration preferences. They then helped us build the system that linked our offerings to ServiceNow, which allowed our customers to access our products and escalate their concerns to ServiceNow’s helpline.
