What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
There was an increase in quality of leads in 5 months; lead-to-demo conversion increased to 9%, as opposed to 4 percent. The level of LinkedIn interaction increased twice fold and the Monday.com integration reduced the time of task hand-offs.

Our PM and INSIDEA had a kickoff meeting and established a clear schedule of milestones. Every deliverable was delivered punctually; the nurture workflow was launched earlier than the due date.

Are there any areas for improvement or something INSIDEA could have done differently?
The minor area i feel that they need to improve more on is adding a mid-campaign checkpoint, it would be great to find the small tweaks early enough.
