Jacob knows us and our goals so we can come to him with layman’s terms and he’s able to translate it well. Every time I pick up the phone, I don’t have to explain it from square one. It’s their level of individual service and personalization to our company. It doesn’t feel like they have a mold they’re trying to force us into. Jacob shares what he thinks would be best for us individually — not what the majority of people are doing. He puts the time and energy to recommend what’s best for us specifically.

Sometimes we would go to them with things that we learned during the week, and they would respond with ideas for how to make our new vision happen.

They communicated primarily over Slack, email, and phone calls, but they also used our team’s JIRA instance whenever we made a request around changing procedures or workflows, and they were always very receptive to those. Ultimately, those efforts enabled us to become familiar with the application really quickly and to be able to jump in and provide what they needed to be able to continue their work on their project smoothly throughout any issues that came up during development.
