Creative Director that oversees IT as well for Loftex USA. Dan & his team came in to replace our previous one person IT team. They quickly helped us migrate our files to the cloud & created a DR file environment. Additionally they provide 24/7 help desk support for our NYC team & NJ Warehouse. Finally, we are in the middle of a 365 Migration to move our email from Intermedia to Microsoft, along with MFA.

Daniel was introduced to us via a warm referral. The experience, competitive pricing & culture was a huge part of the long term relationship we are looking to create.

They made sure our NYC office internet, infrastructure & solutions we use are all within the lifecycle of acceptable use. We couldn't be happier with the 24+ month roadmap that Daniel presented to us - this helped us budget & invest in all the necessary technology to help our business thrive, even during the pandemic.

We worked with Daniel as our Lead Consultant & also brought us on during the sales lifecycle. There is a Team Lead for the help desk & support engineers for day to day issues, Project Managers for any implementations & security experts for our cyber.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The cloud file migration was an integral part to our success both pre & post pandemic. It allowed our data to live outside of our NYC office, creating a DR environment for the most vital part of our business. When we transitioned to remote during COVID it was seamless & our workflow didn't change. We also can collaborate with our vendors in a secure & efficient manner.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Daniel was the primary person when it came to bridging the gap. He was involved in the sales process, onboarding & consulting work throughout the relationship - true end to end involvement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They respond well when it came to fixing our issues, understanding our business needs, and being a true partner.

None that I can think of - very professional, always proactive & available.

Pro4ia has been managing, supporting guiding our organization with best IT platform for past 5 years. In a nut shell, moving from onsite servers to could solution all the way physically upgrading our infrastructure hardware, Pr4ia has done it all for us.

Depending on the solution needed, we have directly worked with the VP of Business Solution, Principal Architect and Consultant, Project Managers, Sr. Solutions Tech, Help Desk Team and Supervisor.

WE have one of the best cyber security platform. Our server, operating system and other software performances are very efficient.

Pro4ia makes processes pretty seamless, which provides nothing but great and stress less experiences for the end users (Ours).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They take the time to understand the user's business, business needs and only provide effective solution that is needed. Does not try to over sell anything. Partnering with Pro4ia had been one of the best choices we made.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This is something we experienced only during the pandemic. Pro4ia was struggling to get a few specific hardware on time. However, this was an issue in the industry throughout 2020.
