5.0 Aug 15, 2025The quantifiable results of the project were that the implemented application of the secure mobile app that patients can use easily connects successfully with healthcare workers. The app increased the engagement of the patients through easy access to their medical history, booking via an app, and teleconsultation. It was also able to streamline clinical processes via data synchronization with EHR /EMR and wearable devices. The app showed a better user adoption and engagement after the launch as it had shown its potential in handling healthcare and enhancing care delivery. There was a great structure and efficiency in the project management with proper communication and schedule. There were no delays in all the deliverables and milestones were clearly stated at various stages of the development process. The team was also responsive to all our needs as they were giving regular updates and managed to handle any concerns that we might have with immediate effect. They were dynamic and pliable, and had to make modifications since their needs were changing. On the whole, they displayed active attitude, and the project was implemented as we expected it to be. The fact that Top Remotely was highly skilled both in the field of healthcare technology and AI-based solutions and could therefore develop the most intuitive and secure mobile app impressed me the most. Their smooth incorporation of capabilities, such as telemedicine, EHR/EMR access and compatibility with wearable devices was also in itself unique, since they responded directly to our peculiar needs in a way that most other providers did not. On top of that, they were concerned with being HIPAA compliant and considering the level of detail in security and privacy since it provided us with an assurance that the app is stable and secure to use.

They’re always accessible and friendly. Carl’s people generally have the ability to speak layman in a tech environment. Ervis is probably the best at that. And eMazzanti has a ticketing system that is quite effective. There are a few hiccups here and there, but on the whole, it’s a positive experience; it’s collaborative. He is very accessible and will get back to you very quickly. If there is a problem that requires access to his time, he grants it. That has been one of the primary drivers of our long-term relationship that’s important to me.

It’s rare that you find a technical resource that engages in personal conversation before getting to business at hand. I’m curious by nature, and oftentimes technical resources don’t want to be bothered by questions. This is not the case with Ascendant Technologies, Inc. They explain what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. I may not understand everything, but it feels good to be able to ask questions.
