This all was excellent and professional. We used Slack to communicate so I was always aware of progress and any issues were dealt with quickly. Asana was also used and well as Trello.

Their professionalism, communication, and reliability are the most impressive. I have 100% trust in not being deceived which is something that was immediately apparent and proved over every interaction, and incredibly important.

I am the founder of a data analytics application for e-commerce businesses.
For what projects/services did your company hire Varyence, and what were your goals?
We contract with Varyence as our most important technology partner. They assist us by providing service from software designers, developers, and QA personnel. Our goal was to bring to life a concept for an e-commerce data analytics application for Shopify and Amazon sellers.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We selected Varyence after doing an extensive online search and interviewing several candidates. We chose to work with them because they made actionable recommendations during our interview process and generally came across as having the greatest expertise of any of the other candidates we considered. They brought factors to light that we hadn't even considered, and quickly helped us to create a technology strategy - before we even hired them.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We worked with several of Varyence's great UI/UX designers to pull concepts out of our heads and put them into Figma. After signing off of detailed wireframes, we moved on to the actual software engineering using Varyence's team of developers. We opted to build our application using PHP in the Laravel framework. We are continuing to roll out new functionality frequently as our project is ongoing and moving forward rapidly.

We have worked with at least 6 of Varyence's employees, including UI/UX designers, QA personnel, and developers.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have recently launched an approved Shopify App in the App Store and acquired our first 20 users. The deliverables from Varyence have all been great! We are very satisfied with their service.

We have used Microsoft Teams and Jira to stay on top of the project. Each day, the technical resources send me an update on exactly what was completed that day. We meet by phone twice weekly to demo new features and discuss any outstanding issues. The project management style has been great.

I have been impressed by the depth of technical knowledge, the speed with which they are able to staff great resources, and how quickly the project has moved forward.

Varyence provides us with ongoing React app and web development services. We initially had a prototype riddled with technical issues, so Varyence is helping us build a new software and WordPress platform from scratch.

We’re currently working with a tech lead, full stack developer, front- and backend developers, three data analysts, a project manager, and a WordPress developer.
