Great communication, always seeking clarity between my desires and what the programmers were working on. I now have to have him on future projects. I had Kewal Sanghadia as my success manager. He did a great job checking in with me along the way and making sure I was heard through the process. They were a great team! Simform is a well-oiled machine. Our company has been building our own software for the past 13 years and we just started working with Simform in the last 6 months. They have blown me away with their organization, communication, design, and programming.

Depending on the issue, they’ll log in remotely or do whatever they need. First, our two representatives are fantastic. They’re personable, responsive, and available to us. Also, getting to know some of the staff who works on issues, I’ve seen that they try extremely hard to work a problem until it’s resolved.

There were a few times when they noticed that our equipment was hacked, and they noticed that right away. They notice a lot on the backend that we’re not aware of and are able to resolve it. They also communicate well and are super responsive. We can reach them over email and phone.
