Bigsolve helped take our Salesforce from scratch and turn it into a robust daily use CRM for a team of five sales agents. The primary objectives were to have a manageable way to track leads & client information, be able to utilize several robust reporting features to track KPI metrics for sales, and also integrate tools used daily into Salesforce for a seamless sales flow daily for our agents.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our funding company saw our revenue nearly double by using the custom Salesforce that was built for us. Our revenue not only grew month over month, but the manual time spent doing things such as processing, sending applications etc was immedietely cut down.

BigSolve was able to quickly have a solution on hand for any need or concern that would arise. Everything was always done quickly, and I felt prioritized, not only to get the tasks done, but to ensure they were done correctly to prevent issues later.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of the work. Prior, we had used offshore services that not only did not help, they actually created more problems that cost me more to fix later. Every request or move I thought was a good one in Salesforce was always thought from the angle of things that could be negatively impacted later making said adjustements. The fact that things were done methodically to ensure growth long term vs quick adjustments to appease me was probably my favorite part of working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BigSolve could have done differently?

Honestly no, everything was perfect and I would never use anyone else under any circumstance.

We are a small nonprofit and have no software developers.  We use SalesForce as our books of record as well as customer database.  Because we are in a niche market, we need specific reports that SalesForce does not deliver off the shelf.  BigSolve provides us with this programming, as well as other functions listed in the questions above, on an ongoing basis.

Met all project requests with few if any changes needed.  BigSolve understands our needs and delivers timely.

I’m the COO of a financial services company. We provide small businesses with a variety of financing solutions by partnering with alternative funding institutions. We help owners access the capital they need to launch, grow, and succeed.

What challenge were you trying to address with BigSolve?

We wanted to organize our Salesforce and be able to capture form information and have it flow within our system, notify us, and connect with clients throughout the lifecycle of the deal.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

BigSolve completely reorganized our system, including fields and matching new forms. They also deduped our system and provided us with more storage. The team taught us how to obtain the most optimal storage for our needs. Moreover, BigSolve created a lender matrix, a click-and-submit application process, and a notification system for the right person within our organization.

We worked with one teammate from BigSolve.

How did you come to work with BigSolve?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

Everything worked perfectly. We saw improvements in efficiency, data, and the speed of our underwriting and closing process.

They always delivered on time and went above and beyond to show us what else we might be missing to go along with our request. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

BigSolve didn’t just do what we told them to do. They asked questions and understood the ins and outs of our problem and workflow. They came up with the best solution and took the time to train us on how to use it.
