During the vetting process, we also looked at other companies that could not promise the kind of service and deliveries we would receive from NSI. The best they could promise was that someone would contact us within 24 hours in case we required assistance. Another thing that we wanted was accessibility to technicians with the expertise and knowledge to respond to and resolve situations immediately, and that's the case with NSI. Initially, this kind of partnership was what we were looking for, and it is what we've gotten.
