5.0 Dec 9, 2020They have well-coordinated departments. If I put in a ticket, I know who’s going to answer me. They set up a meeting every Friday with our CEO. They ask her how she feels about different items that we’re rolling out and whether she’s comfortable with the technology. That’s a white-glove service that I wouldn’t have expected from an IT company. They’re super responsive that keeps up open lines of communication.

I met six of the Liqui-Site team members at an eMazzanti event at the Castle, and I can tell that it’s a nurturing environment. When you have everybody working together and uplifting each other, you’re only going to get the best from them. I can tell that Carl is a great leader for his team, he is very knowledgeable, and he holds everyone to the same standard. Their ability to execute… you can tell it starts at the top.

As the environment changed, we expected the bugs, and the team fully fleshed out the customer's needs. Moreover, they could bridge the culture gap between us and show that they were a unified team working toward a common goal. We wouldn't have known we were working with an offshore partner based on how they managed the engagement.
