However, even with that challenge, BetterWorld was patient, but persistent and worked through every challenge and barrier that was put in their path by this old company. 5.0 Oct 15, 2020The client had defaulted on a discovery application and in five days he was going to have the case dismissed with prejudice unless he produced 17K documents. Carl arranged an eDiscovery vendor that scanned all the docs to the cloud. On the date to hear the motion to dismiss, I walked in and handed everybody a code to the cloud to access the documents. There was universal shock, people started scrambling to their laptops, and there was stunned silence because nobody could understand how a 3 attorney firm had managed within 3 days to get 17K documents organized and put into discovery. That’s the benefit of using somebody like eMazzanti.
