Visual Design- presented 3 visual designs to start, narrowed to one, and eventually delivered 10 key landing pages designed in Figma, as well as the APR Design Guide tool design.
Development- built blocks in Word Press that matched designs, so we could later "assemble" our full website and DG Tool. Additionally customized a Word Press CMS tool for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Felt like a small company (high touch, responsive, cared) with big-company resources and talent.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Infinum could have done differently?
I don't think they've worked with many small, non profits without a web development team. We were mostly marketing folks trying to figure this out and build the website. I think they learned a lot about how to support such a "green" team, and while it wasn't always smooth, they eventually made it right by us. I think it will only be better next time they work with a small and inexperienced team!

Of course, in larger projects, things don’t always go according to the original plan. In such cases, flexibility and understanding are very important. Infinum has helped rebrand a SaaS company and built them a new website, including its front- and backend. The team has collaborated with the client on the design using Figma and is now building an AI feature.
Thanks to Infinum's website refresh, the client has seen an almost 100% improvement in their website's conversion rates. The team excels at project management, using the client's own proprietary tool and also Figma very well. Their proficiency in design, delivery, and client relations stands out.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the VP of marketing at a company that's developing a B2B SaaS product to sell globally. We're located in Croatia, but our clients are all over the world, the majority in English-speaking countries like the UK and Australia, with some in European countries like the Netherlands. We serve agencies and other service providers.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Infinum?
We needed to drive outbound traffic to our website and to target clients through different marketing channels. We expect our visitors to create a 14-day free trial of our product so that we can convert them into paying customers. Our website is our main sales point, so it should be top-notch, with the latest new technology, UX improvements, and conversion rates, and be really optimimized. Moreover, our branding and overal positioning should be really strong, unique, and powerful.
Our website was okay, but on the technology side, we weren't satisfied with how it worked. Because of that, it was important for us to create a better front- and backend for our website. Since the website is the only gateway we have to motivate potential customers, we needed help. Additionally, our branding was out of date.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Infinum has helped us with rebranding and built a new website for us, including the fornt- and backend. Our target persona is a person who runs an agency or business. Infinum has helped us to refine that user persona and to translate our copy to the overall experiecene that we see on the web. The team has taken this into consndieraiton as they have protyped our website and done user testing. During the rebranding process, we've focus on existing customers and potential new customers, receiving direct and indirect feedback from agencies.
Our product has been in the market for 7–10 years, so we have a large customer base and a pool of candidates to get feedback from. Infinum's role is to tranform that feedback process from a prototype to design and then development. We've worked together on the design with Infinum using Figma. Currently, Infinum is in the process of optimizing the website, building landing pages, and constantly evaluating aspects of the website. On the backend, an AI engineer is helping us build an AI-feature within our app.
What is the team composition?
We've worked with a team of six people, though currently we're working with only four teammates. We've worked with a project manager, two designers, two develoeprs, and an AI developer.
How did you come to work with Infinum?
We were aware of Infinum and their reputation from their previous work — this was the best selling point for them. Their overall reputation made the most difference because it's quite good. How much have you invested with them?
We've invested between $200,000–$1 million.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2022, and the project is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The conversion rate and the number of trials we've suceeded in converting thanks to the website has ben a point of differentiation. Through renewing the website's experience,we've increased our conversion rates by almost 100%.
This website project has been very big, and we're a small marketing team of 10 members. Usually, half of the team or more should focus on a project like this, and it's very demanding. However, we could have only achieved this result through the process of redesign and refresh we've done. It helps that Infium has experience in the B2B segment.
How did Infinum perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management has been top-notch. We're not always the ideal customer; this project has had many moving parts and there are some items we initially agreed on internally and later realized we needed changes. Infinum has managed those moving parts very well.
The team uses our internal product for project management, which has made a big difference. This has helped Infinum understand our product's experience and its purpose. This has had positive impacts in creating a narrative and translating it to the website design. Their project management proficiency has also been the result of a comprehensive project managagment tool.
Considering that our site is a live product, the way they've organzied the project management using Figma has been really good. We've done some projects on Figma before, but never on this scale.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
We want to give a shout-out to one of our developers who, during the process, has also been a design lead. He's made the biggest footprint on what users can see on our website.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The overall experience of working with Infinum has been impressive. Their client relation approach and the end product are both great. In my experience working with differernt agencies, not all of them are good in all segments; they may be good on the technical aspect but not client or product management. Infinum provides the whole package, resulting in a really good experience.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The deadlines could always be shorter. However, we have a really strong, dedicated team that has developed the project rather quickly.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It's important to know what you expect beforehand. In our case, we've been very assertive about our expectations and have made sure Infinum understood that before the start of the project. As a result, our project has been pretty smooth.

Infinum provides UI/UX design and web development for a tire management company. The team is building a web-based system using Ruby and Java to streamline the client's processes and IT systems.
Infinum has a valuable team with many different skill sets. However, the team hasn't made a delivery in months, making it hard to track the project's success, and often delivers items late. Infinum uses Slack and video calls to communicate. The team could improve their project estimations.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing director of a tire management and urgent repair service company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Infinum?
We were involved in a basic digital transformation for the business. We had started with another group of developers, but we weren’t satisfied with their delivery. As a result, we hired Infinum.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Infinum took over a project that was half complete. The team has provided UI/UX design and web development services to build our web-based system. They’re reviewing all of our business processes to improve the efficiency of everything we do as a business. We've asked Infinum to improve all the IT systems we rely on so that we can offer something greater to our customers.
Infinum is also offering maintenance on the system, which is hosted on AWS. They’ve migrated our infrastructure from one cloud provider to another. The team uses Ruby and Java.
What is the team composition?
We’re working closely with 5–6 people from Infinum, including software engineers, designers, testers, and infrastructure engineers.
How did you come to work with Infinum?
Our IT director found Infinum.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent £430,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We haven’t been able to measure success for months because much of what Infinum is doing is online. Earlier, we measured success based on certain modules they delivered and their usefulness within our production environment. However, it's been many months since we've had a delivery. We hit a few milestones at the start, and we're now aiming to hit more milestones.
How did Infinum perform from a project management standpoint?
Most deliveries are late. Although the broad team is valuable and brings many different skill sets, they don’t often deliver on time. We communicate using Slack and video calls.
Are there any areas they could improve?
IInfinum could improve their ability to estimate a project and keep to the delivery time of that estimation.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Get the whole team involved early on. Demand that everything is scoped out, planned, and designed with estimates of both time and spend. Enforce that and make sure you have monthly or biweekly meetings to monitor your progress against the timeline. That way of working is slower, but it delivers better results.

Infinum provides staff augmentation for a bank. Infinum has provided resources who have performed design and development work on the client's platform using C#, React, and Figma and their corporate website.
Infinum has fully integrated with the client's team and helped push out a product release quickly and with good design. Infinum communicates openly through regular meetings, biweekly check-ins, daily video calls, and Microsoft Teams. They're hardworking, diligent, and reliable, which stands out.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of product for a digital platform at a bank. Our three main business areas are wealth management, asset management, and structured products. I’m in the third category, and we’ve built a platform for nine countries.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Infinum?
We hired them to support our core team.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Infinum provides development services. They support my core team; initially, they provided five teammates, and currently, we have three, including developers and a designer. Our team works with Scrum, and we've integrated Infinum in our process.
We started with the design with two designers from Infinum: a lead designer and a UI/UX designer. Since then, Infinum has also provided resources to develop our corporate website. We work very closely with them and integrate them into the team. Our team checks every code request, and Infinum is also part of the team that checks the code of others.
For our platform's development, Infinum uses C# for the backend and React on the frontend. The designer works with Figma.
What is the team composition?
Currently, we have a designer and two developers from Infinum on our project, though we had five teammates from Infinum during another stage. Additionally, there are 4–5 teammates on our corporate website team.
How did you come to work with Infinum?
When I joined the company, we were working with another provider; I wasn’t happy with them at all. Then, I had another company with nearshore teammates who performed better than the local team, and I decided not to prolong the project with them. I was looking for a new agency and came across Infinum because I got a recommendation from a partner who was also on the project.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about €600,000 (approximately $670,000 USD) on our project with Infinum, and our corporate website team has spent €500,000–€1 million ($560,000–$1.1 million USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Last year, we were meant to release our product in nine countries, and we did. Infinum offered a strong contribution to this success. We work very closely with Infinum, and the overall project success drives us. They're fully integrated into our team in a way that works so well that it's rare. They've also done an amazing job on the design.
When I joined the project, there was a lot of pressure to get everything done quickly because it should have been finished years ago, and I was the fourth person taking over. Infinum helped us deliver quickly since they always had backup and could provide additional resources if they had challenges. They were super professional and created a very nice design system. Since I was very happy with them, I recommended them to our corporate website team, where Infinum has also done a very good job.
How did Infinum perform from a project management standpoint?
The communication is very clear and open, including with the managers. I have a remote team with teammates from Croatia, Ukraine, and Germany and a few teammates in Switzerland. I spend half my time in Germany and half in Switzerland. Every three months, we have a team gathering where everyone comes to our city. We spend about a week discussing strategy, our vision, and our roadmap and doing team-building activities.
Other than that, we have video calls every day for dailies, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning. For small stuff, we use chat tools such as Microsoft Teams. We also have a check-in every two weeks where I let them know any feedback I have, which Infinum applies right away.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
Although all three resources are very strong, the designer stands out because he has been working on our project for three years. When he started with us, he was a junior designer, and he's had great development since he's been working with us. Our frontend developer also stands out; he's the lead fronted developer of Infinum.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The Infinum teammates I work with are really hardworking and diligent. I’ve worked with multiple agencies, and Infinum provides the highest level of service. If someone leaves the company, they let us know right away and offer a replacement. I always want to see multiple candidates and do coding assessments, and that’s no problem for them. I appreciate working with them because I can really rely on them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there isn't any room for improvement; everything works well.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I’m very happy with Infinum, and I can really recommend them — you'll be surprised.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
We have engaged Infinum to develop an app that would digitalise our leasing process. From creating the initial offer through the necessary financing application and client identification to the final signature – all the steps required to successfully lease a vehicle or other object can be performed in-app, freeing the users of friction and having to deal with tedious paperwork.
The app itself in the background has 30+ integrations, while keeping a seamless and quick to follow process on the front for our users. That application is in production and Infinum is responsible for maintaining it and further improving. After the initial development, we have additionally expanded our scope from vehicles to other equipment. They have also developed a Leasing widget, product which enables quick financing model while purchasing a vehicle online on car seller marketplace pages.
At this moment, we are still in partnership with Infinum, and their engagement is mainly focused on localising the app to other countries and supporting us in our further business expansion. The work performed was done in Ruby on Rails and React technology, with support of other services.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of automation development at a company that manufactures machinery for the chemical industry. We support our customers’ processes in the pharmaceutical and food industries, supplying them with several components.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Infinum?
We wanted to increase our company’s presence in the digital realm. We hired Infinum to support us with IoT development, front- and backend development, scrum master activities, and DevOps tasks.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We have a lasting relationship with Infinum. Initially, we had a software solution that needed updates, and Infinum helped us generate the required changes. Infinum has added resources and competencies to our team that have helped us stabilize and develop a new solution.
Infinum provides support and resources for IoT and DevOps work. We have some architects within our team, and as the project has evolved, Infinum has provided architecture design resources to work on our solution’s architecture. The team uses Microsoft Azure to code our backend and .NET to a large extent. Infinum uses Angular for frontend development.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with around 15–20 teammates from Infinum. About 40% of the team are backend developers, 30% are frontend developers, and the rest of the team are DevOps designers, Agile coaches, and product owners.
How did you come to work with Infinum?
We found Infinum through a referral.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent just below $1 million with Infinum.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Infinum in January 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I appreciate that our team and Infinum’s team are looking at the problem from the same side. Infinum has been really supportive through the project’s ups and downs since our requirements have changed. We’ve been able to upsize and downsize the provided resources as needed when we need different competencies, and Infinum has been helpful in finding the correct teammates.
How did Infinum perform from a project management standpoint?
We have clear agreements on costs, deliveries, and expectations. We have quarterly planning meetings, and the core team has daily stand-up meetings. We aren’t in the same physical location, but we’ve had physical meetings where relevant.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Infinum’s passion for solving problems is what I appreciate most about them. Although we’re different companies, we’re trying to solve the same issues.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’d appreciate it if Infinum could tell us when we’re doing something wrong. I know it’s tough to be a supplier and tell the customer they’re wrong, but Infinum could be stronger in telling us when we need to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend potential customers be sure about what they want when engaging with Infinum and have a face-to-face meeting to have a good team setup.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing director of Porsche Digital Croatia, a strategic partner for Porsche working on digital products for the company. We’re involved in software development projects and products connected to vehicles, services, and digital goods.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Infinum?
We collaborated with a product team that worked closely with Porsche’s software development and other agencies. The goal of hiring Infinum was to set up a structure in our location and create a stable and productive environment so that we could take responsibility for full software products.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Infinum provides us with contractors and temporary team setups. We use their resources as a temporary solution until we have our complete internal team. Whenever we engage them, they provide a placeholder setup; these engagements last 3–6 months.
For our current project, we started by making agreements with our German branch to transfer a software product's responsibilities to us. After that, we set up a product team with roles such as product owner, Scrum master, QA leads, and three developers.
Infinum provides development resources that work with Java for the backend and Angular for the frontend. They also use native iOS and Android software development kits (SDKs). Our requirements included having senior developers due to the complex challenges of the product. We shared the scope, including the Agile mindset, sprints, and budgeting. Our German branch started managing the project, slowly transferring the responsibility to us. We'll transfer development from Infinum to our internal team as we build it.
Additionally, they've worked on other projects with us where they've provided project management. In those projects, they've managed the resources and budget. We also collaborate on a recent project where they provide a product owner who works with our internal resources and teammates from our German branch.
What is the team composition?
On our current project, we work with three developers from Infinum. Over the past two years, we've worked with 15–20 teammates.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent around €1 million (approximately $1 million USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them around June 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re satisfied with Infinum’s work; they’re really skillful at what they do. Whenever we’ve had to remove their resources from a project, we always double-check to ensure it’s the best move. Since we only have one strategic partner, Infinum’s goodwill and professionalism have enabled us to pull more products into our fold.
The fact that we can work with a product owner from Infinum is the peak of their competence. It’s hard to have external teammates working on product owners in our environment, so it’s excellent that we’ve managed to get that from Infinum.
How did Infinum perform from a project management standpoint?
Although project management is hard to measure inside an Agile environment, the team has used the budgets allocated to them correctly, which our product management teams have recognized.
Their communication is top of the class. I’ve worked with contractors and agencies that don’t reply to emails that aren’t positive. Meanwhile, Infinum is responsive to both good and bad feedback. We use our internal team channels with them, including Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What I most like about our collaboration with Infinum is their transparency. They immediately communicate with us when we have an issue, miscommunicate, or misimplement something. As a result, we’re always on the same ship, which is why I like working with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could cut down their lead times.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust Infinum. Although it can be hard to give them trust right off the bat, once you do, they do what you ask them to do in the best possible way.

Infinum was a subcontractor on a government transport division’s electronic reporting platform development project. They worked in Ruby on Rails, making mock-ups and running user and factory acceptance tests.
The platform Infinum helped develop is operational; the client has gotten a lot of positive feedback from initial users on the innovative, up-to-date platform. The client didn’t interact directly with Infinum since they were subcontractors, but the project was delivered on time and within budget.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a senior project manager in the traffic management division of my government.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Infinum?
Infinum was the subcontractor of the contractor developing our European electronic reporting platform.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
The project started with a kick-off meeting where we discussed the documentation we provided. Then, Infinum developed the initial system concepts. After the concept development, Infinum provided mock-ups and developed the platform using Ruby on Rails; they then ran implementation testing. Once that testing was complete, Infinum ran user and factory acceptance tests.
The electronic reporting system Infinum developed is for inland navigation. It is interconnected with another European inland waterway platform; the platform takes data from that platform. The system is a web-based platform where authorities can retrieve reports and users can send electronic reports.
There is also a dashboard where users navigating the Danube River can input data using several user-friendly features. Then, authorities are responsible for verifying the data and approving reports; authorities also inspect the river vessels.
What is the team composition?
During the kickoff meetings, we met with five teammates from Infinum, but during the main development phase, we were only in contact with 3–4 of Infinum’s teammates.
How did you come to work with Infinum?
Infinum was a subcontractor for another company we were working with.
How much have you invested with them?
I don’t have specific investment information on how much of our total development investment went to Infinum, but in total, we invested around €500,000 (approximately $525,000 USD) in this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
This project was from August 2020–December 2021.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The platform Infinum helped develop is operational, and our main contractor has retained Infinum’s team to provide maintenance services.
We’ve gotten very good feedback on the quality of the technology Infinum helped create. Our first users have been very happy with the platform and have conveyed their satisfaction with our innovative, up-to-date system.
How did Infinum perform from a project management standpoint?
We had to align our timelines once, but our contract handled the entire engagement with Infinum since they were subcontractors. However, everything was eventually delivered on time and within budget despite some delays.
We didn’t directly communicate with them; we primarily interacted with Infinum’s team through virtual meetings and presentations where Infinum, our contract, and our team were present. However, all of the change requests we submitted to our contractor were sent to Infinum as well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Infinum’s team was young and dynamic, which gave us the feeling that they were interested in what we were doing. It was clear that they were trying to achieve the best outcome possible and create software that was helpful for users.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Infinum could expand their pool of experienced developers — it was hard to get experienced teammates.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Infinum is a good choice if customers are looking for up-to-date development.

Infinum redesigned their client's enterprise solution's UI/UX, unifying the experience across multiple internal applications. They worked in Figma after performing user research and a user persona workshop.
Marrying high-level aesthetics with powerful business functionality, Infinum has proven itself to be a valuable partner. Their transparent project management ensures hours are correctly accounted for and communicated. Customers can expect application's with improved speed and fewer necessary clicks.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a company that offers a software as a service solution for midsize and enterprise clients for inventory management. There are about 30–35 applications inside of our solution.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Infinum?
We’ve constantly added new features over the years to create new possibilities for our end users, but we didn’t use a unified design language in terms of its UI and UX. Our goal with this project was to redesign the entire solution, ensuring that the UI/UX of each application is the same across the entire solution. We were also trying to improve the speed of some of our users most-utilized functionalities.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Infinum began the project by putting on a 4-day workshop to determine our user personas. We did a mix of design and strategy work based on information that we provided to them about our users. In the end, we created five user personas to focus on.
They designed the new UI/UX in Figma, integrating user stories and executing user testing in an A/B format. Data analytics have also been heavily involved. One of the more unique steps they’ve taken is live user testing through Zoom. Our clients often have large groups of users, so we needed to make sure it worked for all of them.
Our main optimization goal in revising the UI/UX was to improve the efficiency and flow of user actions. For example, if a specific action took a user 3–4 clicks, we wanted to see a 30% reduction in the number of clicks across all actions, like purchasing, finalizing documents, and more. Our secondary goal was to increase speed across the app in general. Infinum was able to do this by reducing the amount of data that the user receives when they start the application. We realized there was a significant amount of information that the user didn’t need but was being given anyway.
Infinum’s team did provide the additional service of briefly investigating the solution’s technical environment. They have an extensive engineer team, but we also have an in-house development team, so Infinum only did a brief code review.
What is the team composition?
We’ve mainly worked with three designers: one lead and two base resources. The design lead also led our initial strategy workshop. During the initial workshop phase, we also interacted with a strategy consultant and other people that were more on the business side, rather than the design side. Finally, there was a single data analytics resource, a lead engineer, and a project manager.
How did you come to work with Infinum?
It was very difficult to differentiate between different vendors, but I chose Infinum mostly because of their workshop approach. Rather than building an estimate at the very beginning, they provided a detailed and accurate estimate of the UI/UX redesign after the workshop phase.
Infinum displayed great expertise throughout the workshop stage. Because of this interaction, I was much more confident in my decision to work with them on the full redesign.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost is around $150,000 currently. By the end of 2022, the total will probably be up around $200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since January 2022.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our speed has increased by 25% thanks to Infinum’s work. They’ve delivered the first version of the redesign, but they’re going to make some additional updates after we’ve taken a few months to gather feedback.
One of the best results is that there haven’t been too many changes for the users. It’s always difficult for users to switch from one design flow to the other, but their feedback has been that, while the refresh is powerful, the solution still feels familiar to them. Additionally, Infinum definitely reduced the number clicks needed for our users to take actions. They’ve hit all our metrics.
How did Infinum perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve had very good communication with their project manager and haven’t experienced any major issues. Specifically, the project manager has done a great job coordinating between her team and our internal team. Everyone has been totally synchronized: timelines and budgets are accurate, and transparency is high. We’re able to see exactly how many daily hours we’ve used and how that relates to our monthly budget. There has been a bit of a downturn when some of their resources are on vacation, but they still manage those situations well.
We collaborate over Figma, as well as an internal tool that Infinum has.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The lead designer knew all the adjustments we needed to make to the design, as well as all the business effects those changes would. Rather than solely focusing on creating a beautiful UI/UX, Infinum considered what would make the best enterprise application.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s not much they could have improved about the services we’ve engaged them for. Perhaps they could offer additional services, but their design team has been very good and understood us fully. We haven’t experienced any problems, like having to replace a designer, either.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s important to be responsive to Infinum’s team. The more engaged the client is, the less the vendor will have to push the project forward themselves. Additionally, every client should invest in the initial workshop phase. It was very beneficial for us, and the collaboration would have been very different without it.
