Their KPIs were increased subscriptions, cost-per-click, and customer acquisition cost. The videos turned out phenomenal and I was really impressed with their attention to detail. Markacy kept their work within the budget and did everything efficiently and quickly.
We are a startup and being scrappy is important to us, and they were. I usually don’t like working with agencies and would prefer to have everything in-house. But I keep bringing Markacy on because they are always bringing new insights, energy, approaches, and industry trends.
This is very important to us because our team is strapped, so that extra energy is imperative. They’re continually optimizing some of their digital work, especially CRO. Overall I’d say that Markacy’s return on ad spend (ROAS) is solid, which is something I don’t see often with digital agencies.

When we have success, I’m proud of them, and when we have misses, the team is there with us to help us strive for better. Having access to a whole team has allowed me to find the right person to help me with specific questions.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing comes to mind. The things that I would ask them to improve would take away what makes them unique. They’re a great team. I’m always gonna push my partner to give me more because there’s always room for improvement.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Understand what you’re looking for in a partner and define it clearly. It’s so easy in this digital era to be distracted and want to use all of the digital channels. Understand your consumer and think about how you can leverage that information.
Markacy can do anything with any amount of money, but you need to understand what you want out of your digital channel otherwise you’ll get wrapped up in unnecessary elements.
