    Most clients are fully onboarded within 30 days. The process: Week 1 — Discovery and access. We document your environment, identify risks, and map out the deployment plan. Week 2 — Deployment of monitoring, security tooling (Huntress, ThreatLocker, IRONSCALES), backup, and documentation systems. Week 3 — Security hardening: MFA enforcement, M365 / Google Workspace configuration, DMARC setup, conditional access policies. We design and operate environments to meet the compliance requirements our clients face — including HIPAA (healthcare), SOC 2 (financial services and SaaS), and the audit requirements common to legal and accounting firms. Our deployments include DMARC enforcement, audit logging, MFA across all access, encrypted backups, and documented controls. We're also building toward our own SOC 2 attestation as part of our 2026 roadmap, which we view as table stakes for any MSP serving compliance-driven clients.
