The scope covered the entire web application: front-end and back-end development, database architecture, and integration work. Specific deliverables included dual sign-up paths for individual and business users, role-based dashboards for multiple user types, a secure document vault with sharing between connected accounts, AI-powered lease document parsing, and full subscription billing integrated with Stripe across several plan tiers, including per-seat billing for team accounts. They also built the complete account lifecycle (active, past due, cancelled, and deleted states with appropriate data handling), email verification and invitation flows, an administrative overview panel for platform-level reporting, and an automated test suite. Work was delivered iteratively to a development environment for structured testing rounds before each production release, and the engagement is ongoing as we continue adding features.

Most recently, they delivered a major team accounts release with owner, admin, and member roles, seat management, per-seat billing, multi-account switching under a single login, strict data separation between accounts, and a full automated test suite.

Modus Soft delivers on time and has great communication. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps. Throughout the engagement, they worked from detailed written specs, responded thoughtfully with clarifying questions rather than guessing, scoped and sequenced work honestly when items needed to be deferred, and consistently delivered builds to a staging environment for structured testing before production. Communication was organized, responsive, and professional at every stage.
