5.0 Jun 25, 2015The problems that we were having – there were configurations with our network where there would be problems that we would discover when we would come in on Monday morning to find out that our network would be down and no one knew about it. We'd have to get our MSP [managed services provider] team in the office. That never happens with TEKConn. I get a call in the morning saying there's a problem and, at the worse, they have someone in at 8 a.m. fixing it. I haven't lost a day's work due to problems that they can impact. Their people are competent and professional. When I personally call with a problem with my PC, they fix it. They're straight about it.
