I’m the president of Arnex Solutions LLC, an IT consulting company.

We needed someone to develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ENCODERS INFINITE developed our website using WordPress; they used React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python. The site explains what we do.

Currently, they provide maintenance and hosting.

We are in contact with two people from their team.

How did you come to work with ENCODERS INFINITE?

They were a referred to us. We had other options and asked them to give us a demo, but we chose ENCODERS INFINITE because they gave us the perfect solution for what we were looking for.

So far, we've spent $5,000 with them.

We started working together in July 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

They made a robust website that can handle multiple users.

How did ENCODERS INFINITE perform from a project management standpoint?

They stay within budget and are timely. Regarding tools, we use Jira, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a good and productive team compared to their competitors.

They could improve on their communication and product knowledge.

Have clear content and a vision of what you want.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am one of the partner in the company. We own chain of restaurants and ice cream stores. We needed a custom software where every information should be needed on fingertip.

We hired Encoders infinite to develip a custom pos software for our needs.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They built an excellent software which not only provide us sales support but it also does inventory management, marketing management, inventory management and analysis.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They understood what we needed, what expectation was. They researched about it and came up with an excellent auggestions, which we loved having. That systrm has not helped us on reducing our payroll and extra expensea but also helped us saving in marketing.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were total 5-6 members who worked day in and day out. Thank you Encodera Infinite.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They have helped us creating a successful running software. Currently it is on the pos but we are thinking about contacting them and taking the software into cloud so we can access it from anywhere.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team has worked almost 15-16 hours every day just to finish the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their expertise, out of box thinking, taking care of bussiness, saving time and cost, looking after post sales support as well, their team's experience. Thank you Encoders Infinite.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They can work on their marketing strategy to spread the word. They too much depends on moutj publicity but if they concentrate on their marketing they can join the million dollar club.
