I’m the co-founder of 46TECH, a digital marketing agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Netset Digital?

We wanted to create a software piece for marketing automation, so we needed help and support for this project.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Netset Digital helped me develop my marketing automation software, as well as an app for my agency. For development, they used PHP, Ruby on Rails, and Python as the technology stack.

With the marketing automation tool, Facebook ads run itselves. We just have to set some parameters, and the algorithm starts functioning, launching the campaign to the right audiences.

I’m still in touch with Netset Digital in case I need help with maintenance or changes. They also help me with training sessions for our staff whenever our software has an update. In the future, I will require their help with an AI project.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 8–10 people from Netset Digital. Their team has included a project manager, a lead developer, a QA person, and other people involved in the development.

How did you come to work with Netset Digital?

I found Netset Digital online while searching on Google for companies to work with. I contacted them, and we took it from there.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent around $25,000–$27,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around October 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of Netset Digital’s developments is very good. I’m very satisfied with their work, which is why I keep working with them. The marketing automation software has been very helpful. After implementing it into my system, I’ve been able to handle more projects and clients, and my revenue has increased by about 40%.

How did Netset Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

I would rate Netset Digital’s project management 10/10. They’re very proactive, and they help me make changes, even if I need them done the same day. Their communication skills are also very good, which has made the process run very smoothly. We use Skype and Basecamp to communicate and handle the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Netset Digital’s professionalism is impressive. They’re very professional in their approach, and they deliver on the required timeline.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Although our system is functioning well now, Netset Digital’s coding has room for improvement.

I intended to enhance the organic traffic of my website by getting relevant and valuable backlinks with the aid of SEO friendly contents and posts.

How did you select this vendor?

I got to hear the name of NetSet Digital via social media posts added in the digital marketing community. I checked them out, got a quote, checked their content samples and verified many other things before lending them a contract.

The project was website traffic enhancement via services of link building and content marketing. I hired NetSet Digital to give me a pre-defined number of live links(monthly) acquiring backlinks for my website’s service pages on the targeted keywords.

They got me a list of keywords with high ranking and volume and I selected the major ones to target. Next, I use to approve the websites first as per their relevance, niche, domain authority, etc. and then the contents written for those.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

With the efforts made by the team I saw an upsurge in my website’s traffic count and considerable count of visitors directed to my website within the duration of three months.

Project management was overall good. I had weekly meetings with the concerned digital marketing manager handling my project about the project’s scope and progression. He was pretty responsible in managing the weekly tasks and came up with satisfactory weekly and monthly reports.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I liked the way NetSet Digital’s employees work. They were dedicated and kept full transparency in their scheduled work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not much, can work upon the communication part better.
