• Automated scheduling and dispatching of work orders and associated service appointments.
• Paperless work order processing and parts management using a mobile app.
• Creation and display of key performance indicators surrounding field service activities.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Quality of the work was excellent with little re-work required; they got it right the first time. The project was delivered on time and sooner than what was expected. CT was always reachable and focused on the project.

Project management was excellent. We set a cadence of weekly meetings and stuck to them. The team was always responsive. Everything was delivered on time.

I was very impressed that they were able to take a set of very complex use cases and deliver such a high quality product right out of the gate. Very few bugs were identified by our team since the CT team did such a good job of testing prior to sending the product to us.

Nothing comes to mind. It was really a great engagement. Very professional and a great set of people!
