Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Two Bit was hired to improve an existing consumer application on iOS, Android and web app. The goal was to enhance customer experience, make the app more efficient, and build additional features.

Deliverables: 

1. Ensure the privacy and security of our users' data
2. Rectify any preexisting bugs 
3. Build a subscription model for iOS and Android

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Customer satisfaction: Bugs were quickly resolved and this resulted in happy users! Further, when new features were developed and released, we received positive feedback and outcomes from our user base. Two Bit developed a brilliant solution to mitigate spam on our app which has overall improved the customer experience and contributed to user growth. 
2. Revenue: Prior to working with Two Bit, we were pre-revenue. In a short period of time, they were able to build a subscription model to complete our vision. This subscription model included additional features, in which Two Bit helped develop and design. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

After working with multiple engineering teams, my experience with Two Bit has been top tier. It is refreshing to be able to be open and honest and know that my opinions and concerns are heard and validated. The deliverables were always met in a timely manner, as promised. 

I believe they went above and beyond their work as engineers. Everything was thoroughly thought out and had strong reasoning behind it. Each decision was made purposefully. They respectfully voice their opinions, which shows they genuinely care about the project they are working on. I value their judgement and it made me feel less alone when having to make difficult decisions about my product.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I find their communication to be incredibly impressive and unique. It doesn't take long to get a response from them and I always feel like my needs as a business owner are being met. We have developed a great relationship with each other where we are able to not only discuss work, but also personal topics! It is unique to find people that both are passionate about your business and are effective/efficient. They have always gone above and beyond their scope and really help us make sure the technical side of things aligns with our business and vision. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Two Bit Solutions LLC could have done differently?

None!
